In late 2025 and early 2026, Google co-founder Larry Page acquired two luxury waterfront estates in Coconut Grove, Miami, for a combined total of approximately $173.4 million

Larry Page acquired a Miami estate for $101.5 million. The Coconut Grove property spans 4.09 acres with 13 bedrooms. Page also purchased a nearby home for $71.9 million.
A trust linked to Google co-founder and billionaire Larry Page acquired an estate along Biscayne Bay in Miami’s Coconut Grove for $101.5 million.
