1775 Biscayne is approved to Build 53 Stories

Miami planning officials approved to build a 53-story mixed-use tower at 1775 Biscayne Boulevard.

Approval was finalized last week. Some waivers from Miami 21 Zoning Code requirements included a 30% parking reduction, along with conditions. The project was first submitted in July 2017, and reviewed by the Urban Development Review Board in November.

1775 Biscayne proposed to include:

444 residential units
200 hotel rooms
45,600 square feet of retail/restaurant
64,800 square feet of office
546 car / 39 bicycle parking spaces
