New York real estate investors Chetrit Group and Miami developer plans to build a major mixed-use development called Miami Riverwalk, with condo towers, a hotel and marina, retail space and offices.
Miami-Dade property records show thatInvestors bought the Finnegan’s River property at 401 S.W. 3rd Ave. for $11.5 million.
The Architect Kobi Karp said he is designing the mixed-use project, that will include four 60-story condo towers with a combined 1,749 units, that include a marina and 300- room hotel, retail space and offices.
