July 15, 2014Fashion Designer Giorgio Armani will bring his brand into a Condo Project to South Florida. Location Address : 19000 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isle, 33160. The tower will be 60-story with 250 Luxury Residences in Sunny Isle. Developers: The Related Group & Dezer Developer (whose Porsche Design Tower is under construction on the same stretch of beach.) Bedroom: 2 – 4 from 1,500 to 3,100 square feet. Features :The Armani/Casa Design Studio will select interior materials, finishes, colors and custom-made furnishings each Armani residence will include an innovative east-to-west
flow-through plan, oversized balconies for bay and ocean views, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass……++ The Armani Residences will offer an elegant oceanfront swimming pool, beautiful landscaped green spaces, three floors of private cabanas, a full-service treatment spa, a fine-dining establishment. This the first U.S. project by Armani/Casa Design Studio, which has condos in other tropical places as Macka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey ; The World Towers in Mumbai, India; and Century Spire, in Manila, Philippines. César Pelli, will be the architect for the project ( designed the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Miami ) . The estimate completion is on 2017. The Residences Units will be priced from $1.2 to $5.5 million.
