‘Futuristic’ Diagrid Office Tower At Worldcenter Will Be Built Above Residential Podium

Worldcenter’s newly announced office tower could be built above a 12-story podium of residential and retail space, according to architect Pickard Chilton’s website:

The 45-story project will include 944,000 gross square feet.

Stantec is the architect of record.

Construction will begin in the second quarter of 2018, with occupancy in late 2020 or early 2021.
