Publix applied to Build out Supermarket At 3 Miami Central
January 31, 2018Publix has applied for a construction permit to build out a supermarket at 3 MiamiCentral.
Total size of the market is 37,935 square feet, with 15-foot ceiling heights. There is also a separate 400-square-foot space that Publix will build out at a cost of $150,000.
The permit application was submitted in late December and has not yet been approved.
