New modern terminal coming to Port of Miami

Norwegian Cruise Line , the 166,000-square-foot terminal at PortMiami proposed in March has been approved by Miami-Dade County commissioners.
The Miami-based cruise company (Nasdaq: NCLH) will work with the county in a public-private partnership to construct the facility, which is expected to break ground April 26.
PortMiami will invest $100 million to build the proposed terminal at 1015 N. America Way in Miami. The project is expected to directly create roughly 155 new full-time jobs.
