A 150-room hotel is planned to replace the Citibank branch near Lincoln Road.The Finvarb Group paid $19.2 million for the property at 1685 Washington Avenue.

Finvarb plans to build a 150-room hotel. As part of the deal, Citibank will lease a 4,000 square-foot space on the ground floor of the new project, according to The Real Deal.
