A Residence Inn by Marriott is headed to Palm Beach Gardens. The South Florida Business Journal reports that Brock Development just broke ground on the 122-room extended stay hotel at 4250 Design Center Drive.
This is just one of a few projects in the works in the Palm Beach Gardens area. The hotel is part of a larger mixed-use project, according to The Real Deal, and down the road, the 200,000-square-foot Alton Town Center shopping plaza is in development.
