These animations show renderings for the expanded shopping center, which features landscaped sidewalks outside, a new plaza on the Collins Avenue side and a reconfigured interior. There are also conceptual images of a new municipal hall north of the Shops and a bayside park on the west side of the current hall, but the city would decide the details of those developments later.
