Casa Cipriani is expanding to Miami Beach with a new Residential Oceanfront project

Casa Cipriani, famous for its elegant hotels and exclusive private clubs in Italian luxury, is expanding to Miami Beach

Plans for Casa Cipriani Miami will include a 17-story oceanfront tower located at 3611 Collins Ave. which will feature a 40-suite boutique hotel, a private members club for those seeking exclusivity, and 23 ultra-luxury residences. This project marks Casa Cipriani’s entry into South Florida’s luxury real estate market.

Developed in partnership withMiami-based 13th Floor Investments, New York’s Midtown Equities, and the Cipriani family. 13th Floor Investments promises to be a sanctuary of refined living, embracing both classic Art Deco aesthetics and modern design.

Designed by architect Brandon Haw, Casa Cipriani Miami will pay tribute to Miami Beach’s iconic Art Deco architecture, drawing inspiration from the original Harry’s Bar, which Giuseppe Cipriani founded in Venice in 1931. It will also bring Cipriani’s signature hospitality and refined dining experiences complimented by stunning ocean views.

Sales for the residences are expected to begin later this year, with an official groundbreaking to follow. While final pricing details have not yet been released, estimates suggest that units will start at around $25 million. This price point reflects the ultra-luxury nature of the development and its prime oceanfront location.

Casa Cipriani Miami further demonstrates the Cipriani family’s increasing commitment to the South Florida market. The family has already established a significant presence in the region with other projects, including the Cipriani Residences Miami (currently under construction), the Cipriani Restaurant in Brickell, the completed Mr. C Residences and Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove, and the upcoming Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach.
