Ferrari Dealership to open on Biscayne Boulevard

Construction is nearly complete on a Ferrari dealership across from the Omni.
It has been a year since work on the project got underway, with construction beginning in April 2017.
Plans for the dealership are still being kept top secret. Last year, a representative for CMC Group, which owns the property, would not confirm the name of the tenant, and most of the logos installed at the site are still covered up.
Car dealer The Collection will operate the new location.
CMC Group has approval for a 52-story tower on the site called The Chelsea, which has been shelved.
