Fort Lauderdale News: Hilton will operate Conrad Fort Lauderdale Resort and Residences

Hilton has signed definitive agreements with CFLB Partnership LLC to open and operate a 290-room Conrad Hotels & Resorts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Located at 551 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale FL 33301.

Actually  undergoing a more than $34 million renovation and property enhancements, the 24-story oceanfront Conrad Fort Lauderdale has an estimated to in 2015.

The Renovation will include a fitness center, Conrad spa, an exclusive oceanfront dining experience, beach concierge, elevated pool deck with a swimming pool, poolside restaurant and bar, and a gourmet market.
