July 9, 2017East End Capital and Related Group have scheduled a groundbreaking ceremony for July 10, according to The Real Deal.
The developers obtained a $57.9 million construction loan from Bank of The Ozarks.
The project will include 289 micro-units, ranging in size from 400 to 1,200 square feet. Prices will start at about $1,400 per month. There will also be 31,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 340 parking spaces.
