MARCH 20 2017 | European-Style Marketplace To Begin Construction On Lincoln Road This Summer
May 27, 2017Crescent Heights is preparing to break ground on 1212 Lincoln Road this summer, according to a letter from the developer’s architect.
In addition to a hotel, the project will include a Public European-style food Marketplace.
1212 Lincoln was approved by a Miami Beach board last year to include a food court, 92,725 square feet of retail space and a 100-room hotel, along with a parking garage. It will replace the Wells Fargo and other buildings on the corner of Alton Road and Lincoln Road.
