May 29, 2017The Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables is embarking on a $37 million, 60,000-square-foot, two-story clubhouse construction project.
Peacock+Lewis LLC is behind the designs, which will feature an 8,000-square-foot fitness center, an aquatic complex with a 25-meter lap pool and family pool, and a 6,000-square-foot event room that can handle 400 members at a time, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
