May 2 2017 | ZARA coming to BCC Zara Files Construction Permit For 32,000 Square-Foot Brickell City Centre Store

A massive Zara store is planned at Brickell City Centre, according to a construction permit filed last week.

The new store will span two levels of the mall, and include 32,168 square feet of space. That will make it one of the biggest shops at the complex.

Opening of the store is expected to be winter. Buildout is estimated to cost $3.436 million.

James M Barb Construction of Albuquerqe, NM is listed as the contractor.
