Worldcenter downtown Miami To Add 24-Level Hotel, With Four Floors Of Retail

Architect NBWW posted updated information on their website yesterday about Miami Worldcenter’s newly minted Block F East, located south of the Paramount condo tower.

According to the website, the site will include a 24-level hotel with 250 keys.

There will also be four levels of retail with 200,000 square feet of space.

Construction is already underway on a portion of the retail project on an adjacent block, according to a project representative.
