MEGA MALL is coming to MIAMI
May 18, 2018Commissioners have approved the mall in a 9-1 vote.
Miami-Dade commissioners are debating whether to approve American Dream Miami (the meeting is currently underway, check back later for updates).
If approved and built, it would become America’s largest mall. It would also include an entertainment complex and up to 2,000 hotel rooms.
The cost estimate is now $4 billion, up from a previously announced $3 billion.
