Okan Group to introduce Okan Tower Miami is the biggest project for a Turkish company in the U.S.

Prices will start at $318,500 and range from 447 square feet to 1,245 square feet. The four duplex penthouses will range from 1,872 square feet to 2,142 square feet and from $1.9 million to $2.4 million.

10 percent at reservation
15 percent at contract
