Two residences per floor from the 2nd floor through the 8th floor. The penthouses occupying the entire floor. The lower PH is located on the 9th floor and the upper PH occupying floors 10 and 11 with a roof top terrace and private pool on the 12th floor.

The interiors at ARTE include 11″ wide plank European flooring in white oak that accentuate the impressive layouts and offset the bronze detailing and architectural travertine seen throughout.

Completion is projected for late summer of 2019.
