New Rendering River Landing Releases , Adds New Tenants

New tenants are being added to River Landing, and the architect has changed.

Address: 1480 NW North River Dr, Miami, FL 33125

According to a newly released brochure, tenants will include Publix, Hobby Lobby, West Marine, Ross and TJ Maxx.
A waterfront restaurant will be operated by Specialty Restaurants, which owns Rusty Pelican and Whisky Joe’s. Chick-fil-A also has a lease in progress.
There will be two residential towers with 475 units, and the first residential floor is almost done.
Stantec is no longer the architect, according to an email from their PR Firm. It isn’t clear who replaced them.
Completion is scheduled for 4Q 2019.
