OKO Group Demolishes Building Across From Brickell City Centre, 712-Foot Tower Planned

OKO Group lead by Russian developer Vladislav Doronin’s has completed demolition of a building across from Brickell City Centre.

According the the developer’s website, a 712-foot tower with retail and luxury residential is planned.
A smaller building which houses a Chicken Kitchen restaurant still remains on the property. The remainder is cleared.
OKO is building the 56-story Missoni Baia tower in Edgewater.
