Ritz-Carlton cruise line signs HQ lease in Coconut Grove ( SFBJ)
August 30, 2017The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection signed a lease for its headquarters in Miami’s Coconut Grove, where the new cruise line will hire dozens of employees.
The company signed a 10-year lease worth over $6 million for nearly 14,400 square feet in the Biscayne Bank Building at 2601 South Bayshore Drive. He said the company would hire 70 to 90 employees in the space once fully operational.
The lease will commence in April 2018 and the cruise line will open there the following month.
The Ritz-Carlton cruises are slated to set sail in the fourth quarter of 2019.
