Terranova Submits Plan For Lincoln Road Food Hall (The Next Miami)
August 16, 2017– The Next Miami –
Terranova Corporation is requesting approval from a Miami Beach Board for Lincoln Eatery, a food hall underneath the newly opened Marshall’s off Lincoln Road.
Plans for 723 N. Lincoln Lane show that the project will include 16 food stalls, ranging in size from 119 to 500 square feet. There will be 94 indoor seats and 132 outdoor seats. The rooftop will have an additional 1,700 square feet of seating.
Terranova is also leasing space for a rooftop bar, with 3,400 square feet of terrace and 239 square feet of bar area.
Miami Beach’s Design Review Board is scheduled to review the Arquitectonica-designed plans at a September 5 meeting.
