Tru By Hilton Hotel Planned (The Roads Area) Near Brickell

A hotel is planned near Brickell, west of I-95.

Tru by Hilton Brickell is proposed to include 96 hotel rooms, according to a filing with the county’s water and sewer department.

An two-story, 16-unit apartment building built in 1951 will be demolished.

Doral’s IRAS Group is the developer.
