We Work will offer office space at discounted rates for local entrepreneurs

We Work has partnered with the City of Miami and it will offer office space at discounted rates for local entrepreneurs. New businesses, both South Florida-based and relocating to the tri-county region, that have never rented space in WeWork can now do so through the city of Miami at a discounted rate of 20 percent off for the first three months, and an additional 10 percent for the following three.

The partnership was announced by City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez at a press conference held at WeWork’s Brickell City Centre location on Wednesday, where the former Miami commissioner said he hopes the partnership “garners national and international attention about the way Miami is growing.”

WeWork operates in five locations in Miami-Dade County :

• Brickell
• Downtown Miami
• Coral Gables
• Miami Beach on Lincoln Road
• Miami Beach South of Fifth.

Companies of all sizes, from up-and-coming startups to Fortune 500 firms, are based in WeWork.
