South Florida became home to its first WeWork outpost in 2015, when the company took over a 54,000-square-foot space in Miami Beach near Lincoln Road. In addition to that, today there are WeWork outposts in Miami Beach’s “South of Fifth” neighborhood, downtown Miami’s financial district and Brickell City Centre.
